I have been responsible for driving the successful delivery of multiple projects. I have taken on various roles, including developer, solution architect, leader, people manager, and technical mentor.
I have led and managed the entire front-end experience team, overseeing four critical projects/frameworks & tools such as Web, native iOS, native Android & contenet managment frameworks. I have provided guidance, support, and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables and the achievement of project milestones.
I have spearheaded the development and delivering reusable React and Angular components and widgets, significantly enhancing development efficiency across multiple projects. This initiative has led to a reduction in development time and improved maintainability. I pioneered the implementation of a Micro Front End (MFE) architecture, introducing a modular and scalable approach to development. By breaking down monolithic applications into smaller, independent components, we have achieved greater flexibility and faster deployment of new features.
I have led the development of the Hybrid Framework, enabling the seamless embedding of components across diverse platforms. This framework has streamlined the development process and allowed consistent user experiences across the web, mobile, and other channels. I have conducted comprehensive code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding best practices, high code quality, and optimized performance. We have minimized errors, improved stability, and enhanced overall system performance by implementing rigorous quality control measures.
